UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: The people downstairs are moving out!!! Muahahahaha...suckahs.....I WIN. I can play guitar as loudly as I want now and actually WALK in my apartment!
I'm not trying to offend anyone by my title, cuz not all white people are crazy. I don't even know if I can claim that most white people are crazy. BUT I do know that the white people who live below me are crazy as hell, especially the middle-aged woman who lives there with her husband and two teenage sons (along with an ugly brown dog). Recently they've been banging on the ceiling really hard whenever I play my guitar (no matter how quietly I do it) and to comply as a civil human being in this community, I stopped playing it. I understood that our walls were rather thin and I was trying to be considerate.
NOW for the past few months, the bitch has been complaining to the management that we PURPOSELY and INTENTIONALLY are disturbing them by dropping things on the floor and walking loudly. Management has contacted my roomate and I several times now telling us to "tone things down." WTF. Are you saying I can't walk in my apartment? Dennis Cole suggested that we should either roll ourselves to our rooms or hang monkey bars and swing ourselves to the rooms.
Tonight we got a knock on the door around 7 PM and it was Alameda Police. The officer told us the lady was STILL complaining and that she has in fact threatened to take this matter to court. She even INSTALLED FRACKING RECORDING DEVICES IN HER CEILING to monitor our footsteps so she has "proof." OMG.
God, I pray for your peace in this time of living in the same apartment complex as this she-devil. Please give me the patience to be understanding when she goes into these psychotic fits. Please be with her husband and children (and dog) as they deal with the most unreasonable heathen on earth. BTW why would you do this to her children? Why would you allow her to give birth to ANYTHING, torturing their lives as well? Are you testing me Lord? Perhaps putting me into trials to strenthen my walk? Is it because I think she's ugly? Is it because I suggested she move to a house if she didn't want to deal with apartment life and added the fact that it was "sad that she was in her 40s, had two children, and still lived in the same apartment complexes as recent college graduates"?

A student at UCLA was tazed several times on Tuesday night, November 14, 2006 at around 11:30 when he refused to leave the UCLA library after being asked for his Bruin ID card. When UCPD arrived, the student was on his way out of the library and was stopped and hancuffed by UCPD. Allegedly, he was tazed five times by UCPD while he repeatedly shouted "I will leave." Wow, can you believe the brutality? I don't know what I would have done or how I would have felt if that were Jina or any of my friends/family. What I can say though, is that the dude will be set for life living the comfortable life of a millionaire after he sues the crap out of UCPD, granted he hires a decent lawyer.

I've finally moved out of Berkeley into a small town called Alameda
which is about 12 minutes south-west of B-town. No more
Chinatown, no more China/k-town mix. It's only Pete and I in a
two bedroom. I'll be throwing a house-warming in late August or
early September. Watch out for that. :)
No, my parents did not just do it in their 50s and produce a kid...I'm
talking about a new guitar I just purchased. Yay. It's a
custom G&L Comanche with swampash maple flamed honeyburst finish
with gunoil finish on the neck. If you're wondernig, the pickups
on the guitar are MFD Z-coil
pickups that deliver more of a clear cutting "glassy" tone than the
normal strat pickups. I need a name for her and so far, I've only
thought of one: Keira. If anyone can think of a prettier name for
